11. Arbitration a Condition Precedent
Any agreement to submit future disputes to arbitration under these Rules shall, unless the contrary intention is expressed therein, operate as if it provided expressly that arbitration under these Rules should, in relation to any dispute upon which arbitration is not refused by the Committee, be a condition precedent to any cause of action or liability in law upon any matter so agreed to be referred.
