15. General & Ancillary

  1. Any act hereunder may be properly done by the use of the form therefore set out in the schedule to these Rules; but the use of a different form, complying with the text of the Rules, shall also be proper; any notice hereunder may be given informally, by letter.

  2. Any notice to a party hereunder shall be properly given if sent through the post addressed to that party either:

    1. Under any name, and to any address, used by the party in the course of the arbitration; or

    2. Under the name, and to the address, given for that party by the arbitration agreement or any other agreement the subject of the dispute: not being a name or address as to which that party has specifically informed the Committee, in the course of the arbitration, that it is obsolete: or if sent through the post, or delivered, to any solicitor or other agent acting for that party in the arbitration.

PROVIDED THAT any final or peremptory notice from the Committee shall (unless sent or delivered to the party's solicitor acting in the arbitration) be sent by recorded delivery if directed to an inland address or registered post as directed to another address: any notice sent in accordance with this Rule shall be treated as having been delivered in the ordinary course of post
