Schedule 1: Arbitration Agreement

Schedule 2: Fees of the Arbitration Committee

AMENDED - JANUARY 2009

The following are the Fees of the Arbitration Committee, Pursuant to Clause 12 of the Rules: 

  1. Registration Fee, payable on submission of Request for Arbitration:- 

    1. where a party is a member of the Bradford Chamber of Commerce £800.00 + V.A.T. 

    2. where neither party is a member £1000.00 + V.A.T.

  2. The minimum fees of the Arbitration Committee in an arbitration shall be £800.00 + V.A.T. unless neither party is a member of the Chamber in which case the fee shall be £1000.00 + V.A.T. The maximum fee shall be £11,000.00 + V.A.T. plus disbursements.

  3. Such further fees may be charged as the Chairman of the Arbitration Committee may consider appropriate to the particular case or class of case.

Schedule 3: Standard Arbitration Clause

The following is the Standard Arbitration Clause, suggested by the Arbitration Committee of the Bradford Chamber of Commerce pursuant to Clause 14 of the Rules of Arbitration.

The parties agree that any difference or dispute that may arise under, in connection with, or in relation to this contract shall be determined under the Rules of Arbitration of the Arbitration Committee of the Bradford Chamber of Commerce.
