Yorkshire businesses are saving a packet when it comes to currency exchange and international payments thanks to a service offered by Chamber International. The service, operated in conjunction with Leeds-based 4X Currency Corporation, costs only a fifth of the rate typically charged by banks – around 0.36 per cent compared to up to two per cent by High Street lenders.

The system, which has taken five years to develop using state-of-the-art encryption software, is instantaneous, user-friendly and companies can see exactly what rates are being charged. No intermediaries are involved.
