Your chance to meet with the first woman Secretary-General of the Arab-British Chamber of Commerce.

Businesses involved in trade with the Middle East will be given an opportunity to meet with the first woman secretary-general of the Arab-British Chamber in April when she visits the region. Dr Al-Shuaiby has worked as Advisor to the President of the US Saudi Arabian Business Council in Washington DC since 1998.

She was educated at King Saud University in Riyadh and holds a Masters of Art in Educational Administration from the American University in Washington DC. She then continued with her PhD studies at George Washington University in Washington DC specialising in Leadership Administration. Dr Al-Shuaiby also holds a certificate in Peace and Conflict Resolution from the School of International Service at The American University Washington DC.

Dr Al-Shuaiby is an Executive Board Member of the Friends of Saudi Arabia in Washington and the Committee for the International Trade of the Council of Saudi Chambers of Commerce and Industry. She is also a Board Member of The Arab International Women's Forum and speaks fluent Arabic and English.
