Full payment is due 1 month before the start of the event/course and payments can be made by cheque or credit card. Member companies can be invoiced.
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and given within 7 working days clear of the event. For any cancellations given less than 7 working days before the event fees will not be refunded. This also counts for non-attendance.
